After a hot day out just something simple to do and refresh...
Ingredients
Mint leaves - a handful(or as required)
Lemon juice - of 2 lemons
Sugar - 4 tsp
Ice-cold water - 2 cups
Method
In a blender,add the mint leaves and run it for a few seconds.
Add the lime juice,sugar and water and blend again for a minute.
Sieve through a strainer.
Serve chilled.
